 Remote Wipe Question
I have a user who lost their handheld. I sent the remote wipe command already, but it appears the device is either off or out of range as the last contact was 12 hours ago. Obviously, it has not received the wipe command yet. But I need to get this user going with a new handheld before the weekend. If I delete the user and re-add, will it also delete the pending wipe command? I'm guessing it will. If so, is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.
