Refresh user list error

Problem: User list does not get updated, i have three users under Manage Users, but additional new Exchange mailboxes that i have added over the past month are not appearing any more i.e. there are few more users that should be found by BESX, but they are not and i cannot therefore assign devices to them.


Furthermore, when launching "Refresh available user list from company directory" under BlackBerry Solution topology , BlackBerry Domain, Component Viewand email, then when trying to refresh the user list I get an error saying "The user list from the company directory cannot be refreshed because a mailstore server is not running"


All BESX services are running fine, including the BlackBerry Mail Store Service is started.


Also the users that are already recognized work fine, their emails on their devices get sent etc. And i have waited for more than a week to see if BESX would update user list on its own accord, but in vain...

Big question is what do i need to do to troubleshoot this issue? Im very new to BESX so be gentle
