Redirection folder issue
Hello all. I have a BES running version 4.1.6.x in a Groupwise 8.0.2 environment.. The BES server has the required groupwise 7.0.x client on it. I have roughly 250 users on it and it's been running great for a few years. Today I was notified that a user stopped receiving email to her device. I looked at her folders for redirection and instead of seeing the mailbox structure all I found was "Mailbox Root" which is not expandable even after I removed her account and re-added it. On the device itself I can go to folder redirection and see the mailbox structure, ie. Mailbox, Sent items, cabinet etc. which I set to redirect the mailbox and sent items to no avail. Any ideas as to why the BES is't seeing the mailbox structure? Thanks for any assistance or ideas as I'm almost tapped out. I'm attaching a screen shot. Thanks again.
