Default Red Cross Next to Messages in the Inbox

Morning,

I have a user with a BlackBerry 9300 Curve running 5.0 connecting to a BES.

The user has her inbox, sent items and 4 sub-folders all set for redirection.

Every now and again when the user tries to open a message, with an attachment, that has been moved to a sub folder the BlackBerry is unable to read the message and puts a red cross next to it and the message could not find original message. If the user tries to open the attachment the user receives the message could not receive more.

So far I've tried a hard reset, re-activation, flashing the handset. I've checked the user mailbox and it appears to be ok.

Any ideas?

Thanks
