Read e-mail not updated on Bold 9790

Hi Everyone,

We recently got some new hires at work and for one of them When he reads e-mails on the Desktop (Lotus Notes), they are not being marked as read on the BlackBerry, but it works if he reads the e-mail on the BlackBerry and is marked read on the Desktop.

We are running the latest BES, my phone (Bold 9900) which is on the same network is not showing this behavior.

I've compared the reconciliation settings on my phone vs his phone and its the same and also on the BES side everything looks the same. I've tried a battery pull on it and hasnt changed anything.

I'm running out of ideas, and suggestions ideas would be appreciated.

Platform version: 5.0.0.734 BlackBerry Device Software version: 7.0.0.585
