Default Read Access to BES

Hello, I'm really hoping someone can help ... We're supporting a client's BES server and they have a third party that is trying to set up a service that runs through it. The request from the thrid party is to have read access to the BES server so they can make sure things are configured properly. I imagine this will only be a temp request, but I'm not sure if this is posible. My first thought was to give them RDP access to the server which would give them user rights, but I'm not sure if they can launch the BES software with just that. Any help here would be great!

Thanks in advance.

you can grant access to them to BES as a user with no rights to modify anything, tricky part is understanding users in BES to do so.

Depending on version of BES, it can be real easy in BAS or a remote manager needs to be set up for 4.1
