Reactivating twice with the same password?

Can I activate to my company's server twice using the sane password that was sent to me as long as its within the 48 hours before it expires? I just activated and now realize I need to do another security wipe. I was hoping I could just use the same password.

It is a one-time password. While the password is initially good for 48 hours (by default), once it is successfully used, it is gone and you need to have a new one generated.
