Random Capitalization on received emails

I manage the BES at the company I work for. Our VP (of course...) of Marketing came to me with a very obscure issue on his blackberry and I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this...

Randomly on an email he will receive from a random user at a random time the entire contents of the email will RANDOMLY be capitalized.

The email shows up normal in his outlook. I forwarded this email to myself from his blackberry and looked at it in outlook and it looks completely normal... I forwarded a second email that had the same issue and saw that one was plain text and one was HTML, so no pattern there...

It almost seems like the capitalization is happening on the blackberry ONLY.
