Pushing wireless key to all devices?

Hi

Do any of you know if it's possible to push the key for our wireless network to all BB devices on our BES? My manager would like to have everyone connect to the wireless network when they are in the building, but I don't really want to go around and put in the key myself manually (it's 128 characters).

If that's not possible, anyone have any idea what would be a workaround? Send all users a mail with the key and tell them to copy paste it to the wireless settings? I would like to prevent them from knowing the key though.

Are you able to create the wifi profile and add it into the service books, then push it out?
