Pushing Updates via Professional

So there's an update for the Storm .348...I run The Blackberry Professional Server Software at home but have never been able to figure out how to update my phone via the server...

I guess my ultimate question is: do I download and install the 128 meg file which is out there? Or is there an "image" file I download to push out to my phone? For Enterprise people, how do they update the phones on their system?

I've checked the help guides and there's nothing there that I've seen which explains the process of "How to update your blackberry if using the Professional Software"

Hope sombody can help me on this or point me to a doc which explains it.
