    Default Pushed Application is not on device

    Hi,

    I have a new BES 5.0.3 MR6 server.
    I have deployed the Playbook app Blackberry Bridge, along with Facebook and Twitter.
    I have added a new user and added myself to the groups to get Policy and the all apps.
    I can see the Bridge app being delivered in the Manage Deployment Job tasks, and it says success.
    However the app is not visible on the device?
    I cannot see any reason as to why this would be.
    The device is a 9700 v5.0.0.770
