Default Public folders not defined

I want to allow my users access to the Contacts Public Folders and I do not have any success.
I found a lot of information when googling, but that did not help me.

I run exchange 2003 server and the blackberry server is a 2003 64 bit.
The BES is 5.0.2.

I found everywhere the same conclusion, must be a Permission problem.

My Besadmin is owner of the public folders. The user is ownser as well.

When I go in BAS, I can see the Public Folders in the
Server and componient,
Edit Component,
There I see the Public Folders and can select the one I want the user to have access.
Save and then go in the Manager users, select the user, Defautl config, email and in their, the Published Public Folders says:
None Defined.

The same for the Webdesktop.
Any ideas or suggestions will be very appreciate.
Thanks,
RD

Are you sure that the contacts are contained within a public folder contacts container and not a calendar container.
KB19351-"The request could not be completed" appears when attempting to configure the Public Folder contact list for synchronization using the BlackBerry Administration Service
KB18162-Public contact folders are not available when managing a user's email settings in the BlackBerry Administration Service
KB19111-How to configure public contact folder synchronization for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0
