Public Folder contacts on the device

Hi Folks,

i've created an public folder with contacts called "shared contacts". I've added this Folder as "shared public folder" in the bes admin service.

But I am not able to add this folder on my user. I've tried this like in this KB (KB19111) but there are no public folders present. The Besadmin has the right to access this folders on the exchange.

How can i solve this?

ok the solution is here: i've removed the permissions and readded them on the public folder and now it is there.

But on my bold 9700 with firmware 6 i'am not able to switch the folder Same on my bosses 9800
