Default Problem with Ent Act on a 8530

So I have a user on Telus that has an 8530. Since I changed her phone number last week we haven't been able to get the Enterprise Activation to take. No matter what I do it won't take it. It says "Error Occurred, please contact sys admin", so the service connections are there.

Telus has triple checked to make sure it is provisioned correctly.

Wiped it, Register Now, ran EA - no luck

Moved her to another BES, wiped it, Register Now, ran EA - no luck

Moved her to another BES, installed DM 5.0.1, wiped BB, Register Now, connected BB to DM, box says Activation Completed.
No email, calendar entries, contacts on BB. EA screen says "Desktop: Activated on March 31, 2010"
BES shows PIN, phone number and device info but under Status it says "Initializing".

I sent a < confirm > email and only my BlackBerry responded, nothing from hers.


BES is 4.1.6.9.
We have over 3000 other users split amongst the BES's and no one else has this issue.


What the **** is wrong with this BlackBerry?

Now the BES shows "Running" under Status, but the Enterprise Activation fails every time.

I had her delete all the Service Books with the name Desktop, do a battery pull, go back into Service Books, undelete, then I resent the Service Books.

Still nothing.

She was on the wrong data plan.

Lesson in this story:
Don't go to work when you're sick. It'll take you 2 years to solve a problem that normally only takes 10 minutes.
