Default Problem deploying applications- Domino - missing dependency error

I have setup a software configuration to deploy 3 applications wirelessly but it doesn't always work.

The first time I activate a device, if I go to the user->Software Configuration->View resolved applications, the applications don't appear as resolved. Instead they appear under Other Configured Applications.

If I look at the details of each application, I see:

Missing dependency
The module net_rim_cldc is missing
The module net_rim_bbapi_menuitem is missing
The module net_rim_bbapi_stringpattern is missing
The module net_rim_bbapi_browser is missing
The module net_rim_bbapi_invoke is missing
The module net_rim_os is missing

If I look on the device, all of those modules are present.

If I then wipe the device and activate it again, the applications appear as resolved applications and are pushed down to the device.

BES: 5.0.1 for Domino

Devices are all Bold 9700 with 5.0.0.593 firmware (I haven't got any other devices to try).

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this issue.

TIA

Julie

Default Appears to be a timing issue

I think this problem is just a timing issue...

The software configuration was applied to a group so it seems to take several hours for the deployment job to be created. You can make it happen quicker by editing the user->Software Configuration and then assigning the software configuration to the user. Once the applications have been deployed, edit the user again and remove the duplicate software configuration.

Hope this helps out someone one day.
