PIN Lookups

Well, i'm having some fun n games with my new BES5.....

This time we can't seem to do a lookup on our BBs in the company whereas with the old 4.0 we could enter someone name after composing a PIN and it would find that persons PIN.

Now, all I get is 'no address'. I've called Vodafone UK who don't seem to have a clue!

Can you guys shed any light?

We have an internal test BES - ran by another team but my BB is on it. I have seen the same problem when the internal test BES wasnt reachable so perhaps it is a problem with the BES server?
