Phones dropping contact with BES
We only have roughly 15 samrtphones registered with a BES (version 4.1.4.17), and I've never had a problem with enterprise activation, but periodically, phones will stop reporting back to the BES, and of course they stop receiving email etc. Presently, the only resolution I've found is to wipe the device and reactivate which is time consuming. Is there anything else I can try? I've atttempted resending the service books, reassigning policies etc., but once the last contact time goes beyond a day or so, then I can't seem to get anything through to the phone
HELP!!!!
