Outlook v-card contacts not Syncing through BES

I am running a BES 5.0 server connected to Exchange 2007. One of my users likes to add contacts to his outlook through v-cards that he receives in his email. These contacts do not show up on his BB though. Infact the only way I was able to get them to show up was to remove his BES account and wipe the device then re-activate.

I have tried disabling and re-enabling wireless sync on the device as well as soft resets and none of which has improved the situation. I am leaning toward it being a setting in the BES server strictly based on the fact that the user said it worked on his old BES server... Although that is hardly convincing evidence. So any suggestions you guys have I would appreciate.
