Default Have tried that

I turned cached mode off and it did work better. Problem is that's not really an option for the salesman with ost's on their laptops that are also having an issue. Problem is, turning off cached mode may stop the sync issues folder from having entries, but the main problem of items in one place and not the other still exists.

She has a few filters that apply to Outlook and OWA. According to RIM, setting a delay on the BES server is supposed to solve issues caused by that. I set it to 15 seconds, but it still seems to be happening.

Well in my outlook I do have a few rules. How do I tell client side from server side rules exactly?

When you go into the Rules and Alerts menu, they are tagged as one or the other.

Default How did you do that?

Any chance you have a hotlink to the article to change the BES timing?

Thanks

What kind of rules? Folder redirection?

Default OK

Ok, I seem to have mostly server side. I am assuming that is the case since a few others say client only. Most of them are folder re-direction as well.

Are any of your missing or misplaced emails falling under those rules? I can't remember if you said or not that your user could sync with folders other than Inbox and Sent, but if their mail is being redirected to another folder on receipt, that may be freaking out the BES.
