Outgoing exchange email gets pushed to phone, but no incoming
It's tuesday afternoon and I haven't seen a new email since sunday morning. Opened a ticket with company IT, but I hear they're swamped and no idea when they'll get back to me.
the BB is a Tour running OS5 Running Outlook 2007. Not sure what version of Exchange or BB enterprise server.
The odd thing is, email *is* getting pushed to the phone, but only email I originate. Email I receive in Outlook does not get pushed to the phone.
If this is a back end issue, I'm screwed; I just have to wait until support gets around to me. But is there anything I can try in the meantime? Thanks in advance.
