Default Outgoing Call Redirection

Hi there,

Trying to define a IT policy to divert calls for our business 0845 number to our local number to save on mobile calls costs to our 0845 number which should only be used by customers. A number of staff keep dialling 0845 number instead of local number which 0845 diverts to.

In BES ive defined an IT policy with the following in the Outgoing Call Redirection remap0,08451088088,+447791006454,0,0. and resent policy to a couple of handsets. However when you dial number it still goes through to 0845 number. *Using mobile to test redirection actually works.

Running BES 5 software on Windows 2008 server.

Is there anything else I need to do, as its not working? Thanks.

Tom
