Not receiving BES mail, BIS fine
I can't seem to figure out what's going on here. BES 4.1.7 with Exchange 2003. More than likely it was an Exchange software update that hosed me, but I can't seem to figure out where the underlying issue is.
MAPI on the BES and Exchange machines match, as well as cdo.dll.
Only affecting one user, me. Here's what happens in the MAGT log for me when I receive mail. Code: [40423] (02/15 12:09:39.403):{0xA14} {me@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification (external). EntryId=12465
[40724] (02/15 12:09:39.403):{0xE60} {me@domain.com} Get record key for this MAPI object, EntryId=12465
[40435] (02/15 12:09:39.433):{0xE60} {me@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification. EntryId=12465. Msgs Pending 0 And that's it. Nothing else. However if another user receives, I see this: Code: [40423] (02/15 05:04:08.138):{0x38C} {workinguser@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification (external). EntryId=41116
[40724] (02/15 05:04:08.138):{0x848} {workinguser@domain.com} Get record key for this MAPI object, EntryId=41116
[40435] (02/15 05:04:08.138):{0x848} {workinguser@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification. EntryId=41116. Msgs Pending 1
[30085] (02/15 05:04:08.288):{0x848} {workinguser@domain.com} New mail has arrived, EntryId=41116
[40287] (02/15 05:04:09.240):{0x848} {workinguser@domain.com} Queuing message, RefId=-367359402, EntryId=41116, Posted=02/15 05:03:07, Delivered=02/15 05:04:06
[30066] (02/15 05:04:09.240):{0x848} Total Msgs Pending 53
[40000] (02/15 05:04:09.300):{0x974} HTML email requires 5871 bytes for 1054 bytes of plain text
[40391] (02/15 05:04:09.300):{0x974} {workinguser@domain.com} RefId=-367359402 references 1 image(s) (in 5871 bytes of body) 0 from MB, 0 from cache, 0 failed. 0 images (0 bytes) pushed, 0 images (0 bytes) cached
[30081] (02/15 05:04:09.310):{0x974} {workinguser@domain.com} Sending message to device, size=1763, EntryId=41116, RefId=-367359402, TransactionId=-881458148, Tag=263745
[40279] (02/15 05:04:09.310):{0x974} {workinguser@domain.com} SubmitToRelaySendQ, Tag=263745 So why is mail to my box not hitting the 'Message Pending' flag and actually sending? BESAdmin has permissions to read from my account (that look the same as the working user), so where else should I look? Is this BES or Exchange causing the issue?
Thanks in advance!
