Need help "Reconciliation information will not be available"
I need some help.
I have a BES 5.0 server with some devices attached to it.
We have no problems with our users using 8900 and 9000 devices for deploying software like Enterprise Manager.
But on all of our 9700 users we have the following line when I go to "Users" -> "Manage Users" -> <selected user> -> "Software Configuration".
"The associated device information has not been completely downloaded. Reconciliation information will not be available until the download has been completed."
Waiting does not help. It is there for months on the 9700 users.
This line is there from the the moment the users are activated, even on new devices. Everything works on them except deploying software.
Anyone with suggestions?
