Multiple Outlook Calendar Wireless sync?

We're looking for a way to sync several outlook calendars wirelessly and have them be able to update wirelessly from blackberry to the calendar(s) and vice versa. For the purpose of what I'm looking for we're trying to sync a personal outlook calendar, an outlook resource mailbox calendar as well as a public folder calendar. Has anyone done this before?

I called blackberry and they don't have a solution for this but you can sync outlook contacts this way so i'm not sure why calendars don't work the same. If anyone knows anything about this please let me know. Thank you!
