Default Moving BES servers

Hello, I searched around the threads but unable to find exactly the situation I'm in.

I have an existing BES 4.1 on a Windows 2003 SP1 virtual machine and I need to move it to a new VM with Server 2007 along with recently purchased BES 4.0 to 5.0 upgrade software.

Any BES gurus out there know the correct way of doing so?

It's high level, but I was wondering if this is correct or if I'm missing a whole lot of detail/steps:

1) Build new 2007 VM with updates
2) Install original BES 4.1/create new database
3) Upgrade to 5.0
4) Configure 2007 VM to have same name/IPs as 2003 VM
5) Use Server Migration Kit to add temp SRP/CALs to 2007 VM
6) Use Transporter tool to migrate users without having to perform re-activations
7) Shutdown 2003 VM

Any helpful information would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Eddy
