This isn't a huge deal, but I really would like to have them visible so I know who has what model device.
The only two devices in my enterprise are 8830s and 9630s and both models are among the four missing.
I can find no common thread among the users/models, etc.
I have tried synching the BB with Desktop Manager and also deleting/undeleting the Desktop [SYNC] service book as well as re-sending all service books. Pulled the battery, too.
Nothing seems to populate that field.
Thanks for any advice.
JJJ | You're right: not really a biggie as long as the BES functionality is still intact for the 4 users (can send email, can receive email, etc.).
If you haven't done so, this is what I would do: Upgrade the firmware on the 4 handhelds to the latest supported one for their carrier(s) (assuming this has not already been done). Then go to the BES Admin Console and remove one account (delete the entry). Then add the user back and reactivate the handheld using the usual way (create an authentication password, go to Options, Advanced Options, Enterprise Activation, etc.). Afterwards check that the user has full BES functionality, then check if the BlackBerry model now appears in the BES Admin Console user list. If it does, repeat for the other three.
