Default missing old emails

I have installed the new besx on a new server our old server was running blackberry professional software. After the install I had to wipe the handheld and re-activate it on the new besx. The handheld is missing the old emails, how do I recover the emails, they are still on my desktop.

Try completely removing the user account and recreating it. When you reactivate the phone, it should send out the last 2 weeks worth.

If you used the same management database, it stores what emails have been sent so it doesn't send out duplicates.

Is there anyway to get more than 2 weeks of emails?

The only way I know of for sure would be to restore an old backup. I believe there is a way to change the default number of old emails that are sent on activation, which may require a registry hack, but I'm not positive off the top of my head.

It looks like from the following link that 14 days or 750 emails is the max. This is for a full BES. Don't know much about BESx.
