Messages sent to group not delivered to BB

I have 1 user with a new BB Bold on T-mobile. We're running on BES 4.1.6.16.

User received messages that are sent to his e-mail account just fine, but anything that is sent to an AD Group (and it appears to be any group, not a specific group) is not delivered to the BB, just his Outlook. As far as I can tell, everything else works fine. I didn't find a particular setting that would filter our e-mails to groups...so I'm stuck. Any ideas?

When these emails are received by Outlook are they placed in the main Inbox or does the user have Rules setup to place these emails within another folder. You might want to check his Outlook Rules as well as any Email Filters setup for his device. You can view them by going into his main Inbox on the device, pressing the Menu Key and clicking on Options, click on Email Filters.
