Message conflicts in exchange

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the blackberry world (up till 3 months ago we were a windows mobile shop).

I'm hearing from our users that they have experienced an increase in the number of 'Conflict Messages' they get ever since we moved to Blackberry. in exchange, we get a yellow icon with 2 red arrows. The message reads as follows:
Conflict Message: Conflicting edits were made to this item. Open the item to resolve this conflict.

Some people are getting this in thier Outlook sent folder, and others get it in their inbox.
Anyone know why we get so many of these and if there are any tips to preventing it? Thanks!
