Default Media Manager doesn't work with BES?

    Hey guys,
Fellow IT guy here. I'm not the person in charge of our BES, but I had a question regarding the Media Manager working on the BES. One of the PITA users here, is on the BES. Prior to that, he was on the BIS. He tried to get the Media Manager to work, but he says the application never opens up. He spoke to RIM and T-Mobile about it, and they said they could not assist. So I'm coming here to look for some answers. Please let me know if you guys have seen this, or even have a quick fix for it. Thanks!

BTW, he has a T-Mobile 8830? World Edition.

The BES admin has locked down the media manager on the BES it's selfyou can view the pdf here on it..also take a peek at the pic below, indicates it can be done...their is no quick fix as a end user for it, but if your BES admin is good, I'm sure he could adjust it quickly...lol

Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense. You're just not keeping up.
