Mass importing contacts into blackberry's via BES

We use BES 5, and have roughly 150 blackberrys, every time we assign a new user, is there any way to get contacts either

Imported from a sharepoint List
Linked to a public contact list
Sync AD mobile numbers / information

Import them into their Exchange contacts when you set up their Exchange account.
