Managing BES from handheld(Bold)

I would like to be able to manage my BES from my Bold(9930 OS7), such as adding or removing users, disabling lost devices, etc... Is this possible? If not... why not? It's a pain to always get my laptop out when I'm not in the office, just to make a quick change.

have you tried typing the URL ( https://SERVERNAME:3443/webconsole/appMain.html) into your browser (I'd try it but my BES is specifically is set to not take connections from the public internet).

Your WAP browser (telus browser) uses the public internet but the Blackberry browser should use your BES servers MDS connection (bes server's internet connection) and is internal.. You can configure your BES (via IT Policy) to disable the WAP browser and leave only the BB browser so all internet traffic passes through your proxy , content filters (if applicable) and firewalls..

To manage the BES from a BB.. hmmm, try a remote desktop app/client for BB... maybe RDM+ would do the trick for you?
