Default Manage Groups in BES 5.0

I am migrating from 4.6.1 to 5.0.1. I will be having others do basic bb account configuration, including adding and removing accounts from the new BES via the BAS. I am trying to set up some roles with tightened perms and I found that with the new version, the user list shows admin user accounts that don't have devices. In order for someone to remove a user account (recreate, etc.), they have to have delete user rights, and this ends up including admin user accounts. I want to prevent the possibility of accidentally deleting an admin user account. Toward that end, I have tried adding those accounts to a group and hiding the group, but while it hides the group, it doesn't hide the users. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to hide these users so they are only visible to the admins? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
