 Mail sent multiple times
I have one user who is using an ATT Bold 9000. Outgoing E-mails are duplicating from the device. Every discussion I've found on duplicate e-mails relates to e-mails duplicating on the device, but this is backwards.
Here's the scenario: When the user sends an e-mail from the Bold, the recipient gets multiple copies. Last week he sent me a test mail, my inbox on my computer got 7 copies over a 2 hour span. This morning, I got 2 15 minutes apart. He is not using the desktop software.
Would love some ideas.
