Default Lotus Notes & Contact Synching With Blackberry

Through lots of reading here I have been able to turn on wireless synching of personal contacts from Lotus Notes.

What I've done to achieve this is I go to a particular account, right click it, select edit properties. Once there, I click on PIM Sync, then go down to the address book section, enter in the server, and then enter in the mail file. I save it and then the users need to use "Synch Address Book" in order for the contacts to go back and forth.

What I'm wondering is, is there any way to avoid the manual process of having to insert the server name and mail file for each individual user? There are almost 100 users and I would hate to do each one by hand.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Thank you!
