Log/Archive BES device Photos?

HR is asking that I enable logging of photo's for BES enabled devices that have been deployed to employees.
I have SMS logging enabled, but do not see a way to view photos taken on the phone.
If you know of any way to log these photos or have copies sent to an email address for review from HR I appreciate any input.

If this is possible, can this be done on a per user basis instead of having to enable this for the entire BES userbase?

Or, if this can not be enabled through policy, is there a way to access photos/images on users phones without having to cable the device or physically obtain it from the user?

Odd question, and I doubt this is possible, but need a definate answer for Sr. Mgt and HR.
