Default Keys, certs onboard, no S/MIME?

Hi,

I wasn't sure where to ask this but every S/MIME question I have seen on the forums seems to have gone unanswered. Hopefully the BES admins will know.

I have a device running OS 4.6.1 on BIS. I have installed keys and certs, everything looks good on the device. When I send mail encrypted to one of the private keys I have in the key store, it comes in as an email with an S/MIME attachment. I cannot open the attachment.

When I send email to myself I have no option to use S/MIME or not, even though I have the key and cert on the device. It comes through in plain text with no signature.

What else do I have to do here?

Thanks.
