Default Keep getting the send as error when sending from device.

All the prereqs were set just fine, and the BES install went fine as well. The account synced fine but I wasnt able to send from the device. I kept getting that red x with the message "desktop email program unable to submit message".

I saw the blackberry messages about going into the individual account and setting up the BESAdmin account with the send as permission. I did that and then restarted the blackberry router and after about 20 minutes it started working.

I was sending and receiving with the best of em....then a few hours later, out comes the red x again. I checked the security tab in the account in Active Directory and the BESAdmin is gone. I have done this 2 times and it always disappears. What am I missing?

Never got a response but for anyone that runs into this issue, I think I found the problem. My account in AD was listed in the Bulliten group and Administrators group. These are protected groups that sometimes reset. So the BESAdmin account that I kept configuring with a send as permission kept erasing itself.

I had to go in and stop the blackberry router, add the BESAdmin account again with the send as permission in the security properties tab of my account in Active Directory. I removed myself from the Bulletin Administrators group. I dont think you have to do that, I think there is a script or something you can run but I didnt need MY account to be a domain admin. I just log in as an actual Administrator instead of my account. After setting the BESAdmin account with the send as, I restarted the blackberry router service and after about 30 minutes it clears and I am able to send and receive.
