I am part of a start-up company located in Florida developing a mobile application to improve healthcare communications. As a quickly growing company we are looking to recruit a full-time Blackberry Team Leader with BES/MDS experience. NO contractors, consultants or recruiters.

Blackberry Team Lead - Full-Time

DESCRIPTION
The Voalte solution consists of the Voalte Server, which runs in a UNIX environment and the
mobile application running on a device such as the Blackberry Curve.

We are looking for an experienced Blackberry developer with agile development and leadership
skills to join our company. The responsibilities would include working with an outsourced team of
Blackberry developers to complete the Voalte mobile client application. Which needs to
communicate with the Voalte Server and a BES server to receive push notifications while the device
is asleep. Also to integrate with client BES servers in an enterprise Wifi network. Any VoIP
experience a huge plus.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years of team-based software developmemnt experience
• 3+ years of solid demonstrable experience developing software for Blackberry in Java
• Networking knowledge and development expereince
• Leadership skills to be a team leader
• Comfortable in an agile development environment with highly interactive team
• Proven scrum master a plus
• BES experience with push notification to custom application
• Worked with an outsource resource
• Any VoIP on BlackBerry a huge plus
• Conducts detailed design, coding, testing, code reviews and documentation, as required in
the software development process
