Issues with Older BB

Hi, we are in the middle of migrating a load of people onto our BB Express 5.0.2.
However we have 2 users with Curve 8300 devices who cannot get it to connect. They get the error server is not responding. When we connect them to BES 4 it works 1st time

They are running OS4.5, so was wondering if there is an issue with this older OS?

Sure sounds like it. It's possible there is a patch or a work around, but I don't know of it, as I'm not a BB Admin, BUT I will move this thread to that section for hopefully some more advanced help.
