issue sending pictures

Hi, i recently applied a password and encryption policy to a user and now he cant email pictures.
Basically the “Send” option doesn’t appear when he presses the BlackBerry button on photos he’s taken since he got the policies. It does appear when he presses the BlackBerry button on photos he took before he got the policies. It isn’t clear to anyone if this is related to the policies or not.

In case it matters, he has a BB 9780 and is running OS 6.00.285.

We've seen the exact same issue. Our users are still able to start a new mail then select "attach a file" and attach the pic that way.

There's no reliable way round it. It's just one of many subtle ways that encryption breaks the device.
