Internet Issues once added to BES

Hello,

We have a BES server with a ton of blackberry users, one of our users recently got a T-Mobile 9780 running OS 6. Everything was working fine, personal email, facebook app, internet. Once we added to our BES server, she was unable to access the internet, getting error "mds service unavailable: ulad" some times "ulac". She is also unable to access the facebook app, and can no longer setup her personal email addresses. I have wiped the blackberry and when I do that, facebook, personal email and internet work, until we add it back to the BES. I'm pretty sure it's policy related but have no idea what settings in the policy.

We have other blackberry devices from verizon running OS 6 and have no issues with our BES

Any ideas?
