Default Installing bes on sbs2008 Allow log on locally issue.

Hello all (my first post)

In the process of installing bes on an SBS 2008 server. Up to the part where "Allow logon locally" needs to be enabled for the besadmin user. On the SBS Server its Administrative Tools-> Local Security Policy ->Expand local Polices -> User rights assignement ->Double click allow logon locally

At this point the add user group button needs to be clicked to allow the besadmin account the ability to logon locally but my server has the Add User or Group button greyed out. has anyone ran into this problem?

My first bes install just migrated several users from a hosted solution onto exchange and need to bring up the blackberrys. but im stuck here. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update to this issue.. I figured I would move forward with the install next step login as besadmin and choose data base install. I figure if it lets me login locally without having the above mentioned issue resolved - then the issue is resolved. now im installing and the install has found that my mapi version is out of date (maybe) and it's unable to find CDO.dll.

anyone?

this is easily fixed by pulling down the required update for both the mapi32 client and cdo.dll

all installed all services running connectiong confirmed from the blackberry website. now if i can figure out how to configure my first user that would be awesome.
