Installing Apps Using BAS
I am extremely new to BAS (Ver. 5.0.2.28) and am hoping someone can help. My company is deploying 500+ Blackberry's over the next couple of weeks and, currently, upon activating w/ Verizon Wireless and completing the Enterprise Activation, we install 3 apps OTA. Well, I've been able to figure out how to get the user Enterprise Activated using a USB cable via BAS. One of the apps I'd like to install is Google Maps. I've published the App on BAS and have also setup the users Software Configuration. It's at that point that I seem to be lost. With the device attached, when I go to Devices -> Attached Devices -> Device Software, I get the error, "This user has not been assigned software configurations. Application loading is unavailable;" however, when I click on Users -> Manage User -> Software Configuration, it's listed there. I've tried adding the Job as part of the Group and also individually. How do I actually start the job? AM i missing something? Thank you in advance.
