immediately file redirected message?

Looking around I noticed a lot of folks are having problems with redirected folders NOT showing up on their devices. My problem is the exact opposite. If an Outlook rule dumps a message into a subfolder, is there any way to have that message still available on the blackberry but not have it show up as an unread message in the inbox? Basically I want to skip over the opening and closing the email step and skip right to the filing. I could probably do that with email filters but when a user has 30 different rules set up and no good way to import them en masse, I really want to avoid that. I'm running BES Express 5 SP1 and Exchange 2007. Thanks!
