IMAP/ BES PBX voicemail issues

Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this.

i have a pbx, that does all my incoming calls and voice mails and such. I am trying for integration with exchange and the pbx, which is ok. On the computer. I can see the voice mails, clear them all with out touching the phone. But if I'm out of the office, I have NO idea i have a voice mail because the IMAP doesn't send me a notification to my Berry.
I can go in and set it up so that the pbx will email me, but I am going for true integration here. I would like to get the notification through exchange, but for some reason it doesn't let me.

So just to clarify, if someone calls my desk, leaves a voice mail, i don't get the notification on my blackberry but i DO get it in outlook. Anyone got any ideas?
This is one of the very few times that google has failed me.

How does the notification appear in outlook?

Could you write an Outlook rule to generate an email when this notification pops up?

I havent tried wringing a rule to generate an email. But normally it shows up as a regular email, just has an attachment that I can listen to my voicemail through my laptop and not even touch my phone.

usually when we get emails, they show up on my berry, but with these, i get nothing.
