 HTML emails first viewed on BB 9700 with BES
HTML / Rich Text emails first viewed on a BB 9700 show in MS Outlook 2007 as plain text. Sometimes graphic files included in the message appear as attachments when opened later in Outlook.
BES server is version 4.1 for MS Exchange (Exchange 2003). Any suggestions on settings in the BB 9700, BES, Outlook, or Exchange to stop this issue. FYI, the BB9700 is new and replaces a BB 8310. This issue also occurred with the BB 8310.
