 how to kill task
Greetings blackberrians,
I'm having some issues with my BES and was wondering if I can receive some words of wisdom from you folks.
The issue is that I deployed an application and an IT policy to a device, but when I tried to do it again the second time, I redeployed the IT policy again! so now I think I'm stuck in a deadlock.
I have a task 76(IT Policy) that is stuck on "Optimized Out"
I also have a task 77(Application deployment) that is stuck on "Not ready to delivery".
Task 77 is dependent on task 76.
My question is how do I kill task 76 so that 77 can go on? I've looked through all the options and I cannot find an option to kill 76.
