Default HELP! I cant seem to uninstall my APP!

HELP!

I am going to start off by saying, I am not 100% sure this is the right forum, but it seemed like the place to start.

I work for a company thats developing an APP for blackberry's, and I work in QC.

I set up a Blackberry enterprise server to test whitelisting and app pushing.

I have about 10 devices, all wired (no contracts) of varying models.

My problem is, that one of these devices (9800 ) has our app installed, and it wont let me remove it.

I have tried creating a software configuration to allow me to delete it, but it seems to be stuck.

I tried a factory reset (options-> security-> security wipe) checked all the options and it did its thing.

But when the device boots, its still there.

When I go to options->devices->Application management) and look at the APP, Delete is not an option. I can delete the App below it, and above it. So I know its not completely borked.

also, when I go into Desktop Software, and I look at the "applications" this one shows up as required.

Now, I know it works fine on about 3 other 9800, my own included. I just cant seem to get this one removed!!!

help! does anyone have any suggestions?

oh and I dont care about anything on the device, so if there is a better way to nuke it, I am all for trying it.

Why don't you download javaloader and do a javaloader /u wipe and javaloader /u resettofactory. Those commands will remove the firmware and reset the device to factory settings. You can then use apploader to reload the firmware.
