Default Help with BES default/contact list etc

Have a Torch/6.0, and am running on BES. For some reason I cannot change the default contacts in Options from "desktop" (BES) to anything else; There is no other option when I press on "desktop" as there is with "tasks" and "calendar", each of which have a "desktop" and a personal email address option.

The problem might be that I activated my BES account and then later restored my contacts to the address book which defaulted it to my desktop (I think, since neither of the 3 contact lists have names). In any event, the problem is that other apps aren't seeing or syncing my contacts over, I guess because default is desktop.

Probably have made no sense, but hopefully someone out there can help.

It was also the same on the Bold9000... Same issue here. Always been like that. Contacts are Desktop only, and should should be able to change the calendar between desktop and you personal email.

strange thing: I've learned from here how to delete the 2 other contacts lists (go to contact/options and type rset etc.). I then backup the contact list using device manager and delete them from device. Then I restore them to the device and lo and behold there's 3 contact lists again. Strange

CSO: I've seen that problem after upgrades to a BES or Exchange server.
